The Fine Art Portrait Experience
I understand how difficult it can be to choose a photographer when there are so many options. Being photographed can already feel a little intimidating, and most adults are nervous about how they will look and whether they will love the results. That is why you do not have to decide your level of investment before you have even stepped in front of my camera. You can book your portrait session first, enjoy the experience, and see the photographs we create together before deciding which portraits and products are right for you. Bring a few different outfit options if you would like. I can personally help you choose the clothing, colors, and styling that best fit the look and purpose of your session. During your session, you do not need to know how to pose or what to do. I guide you step by step with posing, expression, posture, and movement. We will work through different lighting styles, backdrops, and looks to create a beautiful variety of portraits for you to choose from. After your session, we will schedule a separate in studio viewing and consultation. We will sit down together and review your finished portraits. I will help you compare your favorites, narrow down the strongest images, and choose the photographs you truly love. We can also talk about what you would like to do with your portraits and which products make the most sense for you. That may be digital images, artwork for your home, a meaningful gift, or archival pieces that can be treasured for years to come. There is no obligation to invest in photographs you do not love. Booking your session is simply the first step. You get to see the results before deciding how much you would like to invest. Choosing a photographer is about more than price. You are trusting someone with your time, your energy, and how you will be photographed. I want you to feel confident knowing that trust is in the right hands. Come as you are. I will guide you through the rest.

Behind the lens with
Hannah Crawford
I see beauty in everyone. I notice the way light falls across a face, the stories within an expression, and the energy revealed in the way someone carries themselves. I notice the beauty hidden in the parts of ourselves we’re usually trying to change. I see you. The most beautiful version of you, already perfect as you are. I’d love to show you what I see through my eyes and my lens, in the light you deserve. I’m Hannah Crawford, a photographer and artist with more than two decades of experience photographing people. Photography became part of my life shortly after the birth of my daughter in 2005. I began working professionally as a photographer in Wisconsin, while also spending time on the other side of the lens as a model. That experience gave me an early understanding of what it feels like to be the person in front of the camera, something that still influences the way I pose, guide and photograph my clients today. After moving to Florida in 2009, I joined Studio One to One Photography in Wellington. In 2016, I purchased the studio where I had already spent years photographing many of the same clients and families. Over time, I had the privilege of watching life stories unfold through a series of photographed milestones, preserving the faces, relationships, and moments that quietly became part of their family history. In 2019, I expanded that experience by opening Studio One to One Boutique, a more intimate portrait concept created specifically for adults. Over time, that concept evolved into Boutique Photography by Hannah Crawford. The name changed because the work changed. Boutique Photography brings together two decades of professional experience in lighting, posing and portraiture with a more curated, personal and fine art driven approach. It is the natural progression of everything I have learned behind the camera, refined into an experience that feels more intentional, more personal and more artistic. I specialize in photographing adults, particularly women who may not naturally feel comfortable in front of a camera. You do not need to know how to pose. You do not need to lose weight first. You are not too old, too awkward, too shy, or somehow “not photogenic.” That part is my job. Years of working with posing, lighting and expression have taught me how to emphasize what someone loves about themselves while allowing the things they feel less confident about to quietly fall into shadow. I guide every session closely, from the placement of your hands to the angle of your body and the smallest adjustment of your face. Somewhere along the way, the posing transitions into a genuine expression of the most beautiful version of the real you. That is often when my favorite photograph happens. My work ranges from professional headshots and personal branding to glamour, boudoir and fine art portraiture, but the common thread is always the person in front of my camera. I want the finished photographs to still look unmistakably like you, without AI-generated features or retouching that changes who you are. Just you, photographed exceptionally well. For many years, some of my most expressive work existed only behind closed doors. Boudoir and intimate portraiture gave me a way to explore femininity, vulnerability, sensuality and strength, but those photographs belonged to my clients and were created for their private eyes. That privacy has always mattered to me. Client sessions are never publicly shared without clear permission from the person being photographed. Eventually, I realized I wanted an outlet where I could take the ideas, emotion and visual language I had explored privately for so many years and create something meant to be seen. I wanted to create and share expressive artwork centered around the divine feminine without asking a private portrait client to become the artwork on display. That became the beginning of another chapter in my career. Through HannahCrawford.Art, I began creating and exhibiting fine art photography that could be more provocative, symbolic and emotionally exposed. Exhibitions including "Undressed Shadows" and "Feral" allowed me to explore femininity, identity, instinct, vulnerability and power in a public space. Original and limited edition works from these collections have since entered private collections. My fine art practice has also changed the way I approach portrait photography. I no longer think of a portrait session as simply producing a collection of good photographs. I want the entire experience to feel considered. The lighting, wardrobe, expression, composition and final image all work together to create something intentional and personal. Boutique Photography is the culmination of everything I have learned over 20 years behind a camera, transformed into a curated fine art portrait experience. I’m an artist before I’m a technician. I like unconventional ideas, dramatic shadows, beautiful imperfections and photographs with a little bit of a pulse. More than anything, I have a deep love for documenting our life stories. Because someday the photograph becomes more important than the day it was taken. I feel the most beautiful years of our lives are never truly lost if the photographs can be found. Come as you are. I’ll take it from there. Let yourself to be seen in the light you deserve.
